So when any Chakra’s energy gets imbalanced the body reacts by manifesting a disease related to the organ of the Chakra.

   The logic is that if you can restore the energy balance of the Chakra, then you you will be able to heal the body. The Aura is used to diagnose which Chakra is imbalanced.
