   Their are millions of people with Diabetes. In addition to diet and insulin regulation, there is one thing every diabetic can do to take control of their health.

   Study after Study shown that exercise can lower glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol. It reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, relieve stress, and strenghten the heart, muscles and bones. Exercise also helps insulin work better, improve blood circulation and keeps joints flexible.

   Here are some exercise to do, physical training, yoga exercise, running, walking, fitness training, body building and aerobic dance.
