Plus if you have been already diagnosed as a borderline diabetic you still have the chance of BEATING the disease. However it would be best if everyone was educated about what causes diabetes and how it can be prevented.
In case of a family history of diabetes, you must read up on what symptoms help you detect diabetes early on. Many of these symptoms are easy to miss if you do not pay deliberate attention to them. For instance getting thirsty and drinking alot of water may not seem like a problem. Yet the frequent urination which follows this cycle is related to being diabetic.
Similarly the sometimes blurred vision may be put down to a stressed out mind. However nerve damage to the eye is a common eyesight problem that people with diabetes faces. Does it take ages for a wound that drew blood heal? Get checked to see if you have diabetes.
