Diabetes is all about control and management and a number of food remedies can help you reach that end. If neglected, diabetes can lead to various complications such as: damage kidneys, heart disease, nerve damage and hypoglycermia or the drastic reduction in glucose levels.
So what foods cure diabetes? The general rule is the less processed the food is, the better it is for the body. So eating apple pie is good, but not as good as drinking fresh apple juice. And even better than apple juice is eating a fresh apple as it is the least processed.
Next remeber to eat foods which have a natural tendency to use up the glucose in the blood. Garlic, bitter gourd, and similar foods can help control your cholesterol and blood sugar to a large extent. Plus it is not very difficult to add to the regular food habits.
