   Recent research has proved that the antioxidants in apples also protect the brain from the type of damage that triggers Alzheimer’s disease. That is why you need to eat an apple every day, just like old proverb says, to keep the doctor away.

   Another super food for Alzheimer’s is blueberries. Not only are they high in antioxidants they protect the brain against stress and dementia. They also significantly improve the learning capacity and the motor skills of the individual.
