There are comparatively few studies done on raw bee pollen as no company can patent the ingredient and profit from it. So it is difficult to give an accurate estimate of just how useful the ingredient can be.
However in the few studies that have been done 73% patients with hay fever said that their symptoms improved after taking bee pollen orally. Bee Pollen is a food substance which is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and fatty acids. It has been reported to benefit the endocrine glands, strenghten the immune system, prevent anemia and even improve your bowel movement.
The pollen can even be applied directly on the skin to help moisturize and heal skin ailments. It is even supposed to help acne and your sex drive. However there is no proof that eating raw bee pollen is good for improving or controlling diabetes. So while you mat try it. There no proof to help your diabetes.
