Diabetes Exercise For Chronic Pain

Pain affects many diabetics, which if persistent and interfering with daily activities is called chronic pain. Mostly chronic pain is a result of complications of diabetes in diabetics.
Chronic pain makes management of diabetes very difficult and thus results in high blood glucose levels. The most common chronic pain to affect diabetics is back pain and neuropathy pain in feet and nerves. Flexibility exercise can be a good way to manage chronic pains in diabetes.
Strengthening exercises also help in managing chronic pains in diabetics by straining the muscles to give strenght for strenous activities. Strengthening exercise focus on a particular group of muscles by pushing or lifting weights repeatedly. Aerobic and aquatic exercise are a part of cardiovascular exercises. They work on large muscles of arms and legs.
They mostly include work outs that will increase a diabetic’s breathing and heart rate. They are known to provide diabetics releif from chronic pain. Exercise causes increase in oxygen level, weight control, increased muscular stamina and increasd endorphin levels which help diabetics to control their chronic pain.
