   Why each of these rules is important?

   1. Moderation means that we behave in a way not expose our bodies to extreme challenges, especially not for a long time. For example, we should try to avoid many harmful substances that we consume in our everyday lives, such as ( coffee, alcohol, tobacco, preservatives, flavor enhancers). Undoubtedly, it is useful to drink a  a glass of wine after a good meal, or eat a piece of chocolate when you are depressed, but no more than that.

   2. People who skip breakfast have more problems with body weight, because it disturbs natural rhythm of their metabolism.

   3. When we are hungry we are tempted to eat something. If we persevere, we will return home even hungrier and eat uncontrollably all that comes to our hand. So it’s good to always have some fresh fruits and vegetables at home.

   4. The quality of food and beverages that we intake dictates the quilt of our health. For example, fibers pure body from harmful substances, certain foods stimulate metabolism, carbohydrates are the first source of energy for muscle, and proteins as their main structural material are the most valuable source of energy. As we age our body loses calcium, bones become weak, and it is very important to take enough calcium while we are still young.

   5. Disturbance of fluid balance is one of the key reasons for the occurrence of some disease. Daily our body may lose about 10 glasses of fluid even when we do nothing. We have to catch up with this loss and the best way to do this is to consume fresh water.

   6. The only time our body is being renewed is when we are asleep. We need to have enough hours of sleep in order to benefit from it. Sleep fine and live long.

    7. Regular exercise reduces the risk of a severe disease. Studies say that four hours of exercise per week reduces the incidence of breast cancer by 66.6%. walking is good for the heart and lungs and it also improves brain function by boosting its oxygen supply.

   8. Sunlight is the source of every life. It helps our vital organs to be strong and function properly. With fresh air, we breathe in the power of nature and oxygen that is necessary in the process of burning calories, making our bodily function optimal.

   9. Most of us would want to live the same way, and eat the same food as before, and to use a pill that would magically solve their problems. However, the solution is within us. If our mind is focused on good things, then we do good things. By identifying ourselves with a successful team, we may develop the competitive spirit. The quality of our life proves to be better when there is greater harmony in our family and when we have friends. The best way to get rid of stress is to live in a simple and relaxing way.

The only problem nowadays is that people seem to have been programmed to switch on the television once they get home. Some find their homes a convenient excuse not to exercise and stay active because their houses are small. Big or small, spacious or cramped, here are a few tips to make you stretch those muscles while at home.

   Games are not just for kids. It would help you stay active if you get those hoops out and shoot the ball. What is the Chakras?

   “Chakra” is a Sanskit word which means “wheel”. as per ancient Hindu system of belief the Chakras are energy vortexes in the body. These circular shaped vortexes spin like a wheel and are known as the body’s energy chakras. The are seven main chakras in the human body, 21 sub chakras and 45 minor chakras. However here we discuss only the seven main chakras.

   Each of these seven chakras are found in one straight line from top of the head to the bottom of the spine. The seven energy vortexes have their own individual traits. For instance the seven main chakras are all different colors. These colors so relate to the colors of the rainbow described by VIBGYOR going from top to bottom.

   So what are the names of these Chakras?

   1. Head Chakras is called Sahasrara

   2. Third Eye Chakra is called Ajana or Gyan

   3. Throat Chakra is called Vishuddha

   4. Heart Chakra is called Anahata

   5. Solar Plexus Chakra  is called Manipura

   6. Sacral Chakra is called Swadhisthana

   7. Root chakra is called Mooldhara

   The Chakras all goven and are governed by different factors and body parts. So what are these traits that influence each Chakra? Here is a summation of the key points for each of these energy centers of the body. They are all associated with different parts of the body as well. Let us begin with the the first Chakra.

   The Head Chakra is assoicated with the pineal endocrine gland. it governs the upper brain and right eye. Its element is the “spirit”. Its function on an emotional level is to help connect to your spiritual self. It is through this head chakra that the energy is drawn into the body for various needs. An energy healer will usually not perform any treatment for this chakra in any normal person.

   The Third Eye Chakra is associated with the pituitary gland. It governs the lower brain, left eye, ears and nose. Its element is the “thought”. It functions as an intuition center. It helps in thought formation and visualization as well. This is the chakra which you need to develop if you wish to develop if you wish to develop your psychic abilities. Most yogis use this chakra as a meditation center as well.

Secondly since you imagine a very real outcome from the healing session you yourself are pouring creative energy into the situation.    Each emotion can generate a vibrational energy. The lower emotions like greed, anger, lust and jealousy will generate negative energy, which tend to imbalance your own life force.
