When you plana diet try and include 4 to 5 small meals instead of a couple of large ones through the day. Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables where ever possible as compared to packed and processed foods. Also try and avoid red meat as far as possible. Fish and poultry are far healthy if you must eat non vegetarian food.
Have a lot of fiber as that helps aid slow digestion. This means that you will not feel hungry too fast as the stomach does not empty out immediately after a fiber rich meal. This will also regulate the level of glucose in your blood by releasing it slowly into the blood stream
